Welcome. I am glad you are here and that you are looking for someone to connect with.
Above are some of the issues that we can address together.
I combine the use of art therapy with regular talk therapy, writing, meditation, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and somatic awareness.
The counseling I provide is supportive, genuine, creative, and body-based.
I believe there are times of deep struggle when talking isn’t enough-
we need to DO something.
That is where creative and somatic-based therapies can help. Accessing creative powers helps us MOVE through the suffering.
As an art therapist I truly believe in the healing powers of the innate wisdom and creativity within each person.
Making things really can feel like a form of medicine!
It honors the innate wisdom of the mind, body and spirit and helps us remember that we are whole and enough.
*No art experience is necessary to benefit from art therapy.
In addition, my scruffy and loving dog Anderson comes to many sessions (if he is invited by you of course.)
He is part of creating a warm, accepting place in which to heal and fortify your authentic self.

I offer individual therapy, group therapy and sometimes workshops. Below are some of the groups being offered currently.
Art Therapy for the Nervous System Group begins in February 2026.
This group is for adults who would like to learn more about their own nervous systems and how art-making can help them relieve, recharge and restore. No art experience is necessary to benefit from this group.
Art Therapy for Grief Group begins on Thursday, January 15- February 19, 2026 from 4-5:30.
This group is for adults who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives, and would like to process their grief in community.
No art experience is necessary to benefit from this group.
Please reach out if you are interested in participating in this supportive and creative group and we can talk on the phone to see if it is a good fit.
