My name is Sally Rudolph and it is my honor to guide clients through their healing. I have a passion for working with people experiencing health crisis, anticipatory grief, and mourning significant losses. This focus is in part due to having my own health crisis and medical journey. As part of my healing, I gleaned wisdom and fortitude through many of the modalities I use in counseling. I am a person-centered therapist that uses art, writing, meditation, somatic awareness, nature, and other creative endeavors as a means for growth.
I am a board certified (ATR-BC) and licensed certified art therapist (LCAT) in the state of Oregon. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education and a Masters in Art Therapy Counseling. I have a certification in Somatic approaches, Narrative Medicine, and Trauma-Informed CBT.
I have provided therapy for a variety of populations, such as kids and their families with complex trauma, and individuals with chronic physical illnesses. Most recently I provided art therapy for hospice patients and their loved ones, bearing witness to death and grief, and making keepsake life story books for patients on palliative care.
I work with individuals and also enjoy facilitating therapy groups. I am able to provide therapy in-person or virtually.
FEES: I am private pay only. I offer generous sliding scale slots to many of my clients unable to pay for the full amount. It is important to me to offer accessibility to therapy. The sessions can be 60 minutes for $120, or 90 minutes for $150. The longer sessions allow for more unhurried time to be creative.
